Westbuild is a registered building company by Husband and Wife team, Luke and Sheree. We build custom homes and commercial construction projects in and around the South West, however we can also transform your existing home with an extension or renovation.
Westbuild Developments WA was born out of a passion for renovating homes and creating outdoor spaces that are perfect for family enjoyment or entertaining guests.
Luke and Sheree started the business after returning from travelling Australia with their three children.
Having renovated two of their own homes, Luke and Sheree soon realised they wanted to continue living in the beautiful South West and help other families create their dream homes.

Westbuild Developments WA is a trusted and knowledgeable construction and concrete specialist with 17+ years of experience, having previously owned a large Formwork and Concrete Company working on large commercial projects.
As a hands-on owner, Director Luke oversees every aspect of your project. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and service from start to finish, no matter the size or complexity of the job.

Luke is our Supervisor and Builder and has been working in the construction industry for over 18 years. Luke is a Carpenter by trade and registered Builder with many years experience in Residential & Commercial Carpentry, Formwork & Tilt Panel projects.
Luke was also a Director of a large successful Formwork company in the South west for many years before pursuing his dreams of becoming a Builder. Luke completed his Diploma in Building and Construction in 2022 and has enjoyed working on building projects since then.
FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED
A busy Mum with three kids, Sheree runs the accounts and the admin work at Westbuild Developments. Sheree operates from the office, ensuring consistent communication throughout the construction process of all projects. Sheree will assist you throughout the duration of the project and following handover, ensuring a positive and stress-free building experience.
Sheree manages her work in-between the school run and family sporting commitments, whilst furthering her studies in Business.
Having worked in Hairdressing for 10 years and being self-employed herself, Sheree has an eye for detail and enjoys working together with Luke to provide colour and design choices for projects.
